Diversity exists in every aspect of our lives. Feelings of inclusion play an important role for those working in the domestic violence field and survivors seeking services. You’ll understand concepts of inclusion, types of diversity, and best practices to encourage diversity. This course prepares you to analyze the effects of inclusion and diversity in your program and identify multiple strategies to ensure equitable treatment for all survivors and staff.
