Every person holds biases, but not every person has confronted their biases or engaged in the work needed to address them. This engaging webinar provides an introduction to the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and highlights the importance of addressing implicit biases to improve DEI work. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the terms diversity, equity, and inclusion, learn what these terms look like in practice, and understand how to implement key concepts of DEI in domestic violence advocacy.
